Returns

Graphic Centre Signs makes every effort to ensure that all orders are filled promptly, accurately and are of the highest quality. All customized products are created and printed especially for you. Because of this, in most cases, your custom order is not returnable.

However, we can accept returns of customized products that are damaged or defective upon receipt.

You are responsible for inspecting your order promptly upon delivery. If you receive a damaged custom product at delivery, please send a description, along with a photo of the alleged damage, to support@graphiccentre.com within three business days of delivery.

Graphic Centre Signs will determine if the products were damaged upon delivery and decide if a store credit or replacement product is warranted.

For custom products deemed by Graphic Centre Signs to be damaged before or at time of delivery, you will receive an exact duplicate. No substitutions allowed. All damaged products must be returned to Graphic Centre Signs in an unused condition.

In the case of defective products, please send a description with a photo of the alleged defect, along with your invoice number, to support@graphiccentre.com. Our customer service department will contact you within one to two business days. Graphic Centre Signs will determine if the product(s) are defective and decide if a store credit or replacement product is warranted.

For custom products deemed by Graphic Centre Signs to be defective, you will receive an exact duplicate. No substitutions allowed. All defective products must be returned to Graphic Centre Signs in an unused condition.

Our custom products are made just for you! Any product containing you name, number, logo, photo, phrase, graphic, or designated color(s) is a custom product.

Quality Products

If your product starts to fade, peel or crack, please send a description with a photo of the alleged defect, along with your invoice number, to support@graphiccentre.com. Our customer service department will contact you within one to two business days.

If you received an incorrect order by fault of Graphic Centre Signs, please send a description with a photo of the incorrect item(s), along with your invoice number, to support@graphiccentre.com within three business days of delivery. Our customer service department will contact you within one to two business days.

Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for errors if a customer approved a proof with said errors, including, but not limited to: misspellings, grammar, punctuation, omissions, compliance and color.

Materials

Graphic Centre Signs offers a wide variety of stakes for your convenience. If you are purchasing a 4’x4’ or larger sign, please ask us about our installation service. Banners contain metal grommets (at each corner & every 24 inches) and can be secured with zip ties, string/rope/cord etc.

Banners are printed on vinyl. Metal grommets (at each corner & every 24 inches) are included in the cost of your banner. If you would like additional grommets or if you need grommets placed at a certain position on your banner, please call us at (985) 626-1642 or 1-800-783-1642.

Ordering

All orders are immediately sent to our production department upon submission. If you requested a proof for your order, and you have not yet approved the proof for print, you may be able to cancel your order. If you did not request a proof prior to printing, or if you have already approved your proof for print, it may not be possible to cancel your order. Cancelled orders may be subject to an art fee if our designers already started working on your proof. Graphic Centre Signs reserves the right to determine cancellations, returns and refunds on a case by case basis.

Stocked items, such as real estate sign riders, generic open house directionals, stakes and hardware, can typically be picked up same-day. Please call us to verify that we have your requested item in stock if you need it in a rush (985) 626-1642 or 1-800-783-1642.

 

First time custom orders are typically ready for pick-up one to two days after we receive final proof approval. If you have placed a custom order in the past and you wish to order the EXACT same product, your order will be ready for pick-up within one to two days of placing the order.

 

Add one to three days for screen printed products to allow for drying time.

 

Graphic Centre Signs will notify you by email, phone or text when your order is complete and ready for pick-up.

In order to offer the highest quality products, at a low price, with a quick turnaround time, we require all custom orders to be paid in full at the time they are placed. This allows our designers to maximize their time working for YOU, our valued customer!

Our production team immediately receives your order once it is placed. The amount of time it takes our designers to create your custom product varies due to many factors (by the very nature of custom design). Typically, you should receive a proof within one to two business days of placing your order. Any orders placed on Fridays, or after 12:00pm Monday-Thursday, carry over to the next business day.

PROOFS: Please check your proof for errors, including, but not limited to: misspellings, grammar, punctuation, omissions and compliance. Once you approve your proof, we immediately send the artwork to print and no changes can be made. By approving your proof, you have verified that spelling, phone numbers, logos, and all remaining content is correct. You are satisfied with layout, design and proportions. You understand that Graphic Centre Signs is not liable for errors in the final print, nor for charges incurred in re-printing.

Once you place & pay for an online order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided at check-out.

Once you place a paid order, it is immediately processed and sent to our art department. If you requested a proof, you should receive it via email in one to two business days. Once the proof is approved, it typically takes one to two business days before your order is ready for pick-up. If we have already printed your order in the past, or if you submitted print-ready artwork, the process is faster.

(There are many variables that complicate a timeline from order submission to pick-up/delivery date. Some factors include: whether your submitted artwork is print-ready, if your order is digitally printed or screen printed, how many items your ordered, etc.)

PAYMENT: Payment is due when your order is placed. Proofs are sent upon request, after payment is received in full. Custom design services require a minimum, non-refundable deposit of $35.00, which will be applied to your order when placed. This includes an original proof as well as 3 design edits before design fees apply. Graphic Centre Signs retains the rights to all vector files created by our designers. Vector logo design and/or release fees will be quoted on an individual basis. If you submit artwork to us for print, you certify that you are legally authorized to do so and Graphic Centre Signs is not liable for any suit, claim or demand arising from your reproduction or use of this material.

Art, Proofs & Colors

Do you have a Pantone number or CMYK color code already? If yes, great – that’s all we’ll need to know! If you need to choose a color or match something previously printed, please call and speak to one of our designers (985) 626-1642 or 1-800-783-1642.

No. Choose one color or 100; the colors of all digitally printed products are limited only by your imagination!

In most cases, Graphic Centre Signs will not print a sample unless there is a unique circumstance. If you have a special need to see a sample print, please call one of our customer service representatives at (985) 626-1642 or 1-800-783-1642.

Unless you have been notified that your design requires a special fee as indicated above, you are allowed 3 edits to a proof before any design fees are incurred.

No. A digital proof backlit by your computer monitor/smartphone screen can never match the color/saturation of a physical, printed piece. By placing an order with Graphic Centre Signs, you agree to these and other printing limitations.

Graphic Centre Signs is not responsible for color variations between digital files and the final print. We HIGHLY recommend choosing your color in person from a swatch that has been printed from our printer. A sample can be mailed to you if needed. (This isn’t necessary for screen printed signs or companies/persons with whom we already have printing standards established.)

We do not charge a set-up or art fee in most cases.

Under certain circumstances, such as excessive edits, logo creation, heavy photograph editing, etc., a special design fee may be incurred. We will notify you of any additional fees in advance of proceeding with production.

PHOTOGRAPHS: Please send full size (do not crop), print-ready, high resolution jpg (or png if the background is removed and transparent) photo files at minimum 300dpi.

We will notify you if your photograph is not acceptable for print.

 

LOGOS/GRAPHICS: We accept print-ready vector files in an ai or eps format. If you do not have your artwork in one of these file formats, please contact the graphic designer that created your logo. If that’s not possible, please send the largest, highest quality file that you do have and we will contact you if it’s not acceptable for print.

Yes. By submitting a photo, logo or graphic to Graphic Centre Signs, you certify that you are legally authorized to do so and Graphic Centre Signs is not liable for any suit, claim or demand arising from your reproduction or use of this material.

FOR REAL ESTATE SIGNS: Please note that, in addition to the rules set by the Louisiana Real Estate Commission, some companies have Brand Identity Graphic Standards. We work closely with local brokers to ensure that our standard templates are in compliance with both the law and brand standards, however Graphic Centre Signs cannot be responsible for assuring compliance with the ever-changing rules of the LREC, nor the Brand Standards of real estate companies.

 

Also, any changes made to existing templates, however small, may result in your sign violating local law or brand identity standards. We suggest speaking with your broker before requesting changes to your real estate signs, and sharing the sign proof with your broker before giving Graphic Centre Signs print approval.

 

Graphic Centre Signs is not liable for any fines, suit, claim or demand arising from signage that may violate local laws or brand identity standards.

Pick-Up, Delivery, Shipping & Cancellations

We value our customers, big & small! We do not accept rush orders or accept payment to prioritize a rush order. That said, if you have a special need, we will make every attempt to help.

Our delivery fee is $5.00 per order. Requests to “piggyback” on another agent’s delivery fee to the same office will be denied.

We deliver to commercial real estate offices in the following areas:

 

Hammond/Baton Rouge/Denham Springs/Northshore/Southshore/Westbank/Mississippi

 

We do not deliver to agents’ homes or home offices. This allows us to continue to offer weekly delivery at a low price.

We typically deliver to the following areas on the following days:

Mandeville/Covington, Slidell, New Orleans/Jefferson – Fridays

 

Deliveries are made to commercial office addresses ONLY. Delivery days are subject to change.
