Returns

Graphic Centre Signs makes every effort to ensure that all orders are filled promptly, accurately and are of the highest quality.  All customized products are created and printed especially for you.  Because of this, in most cases, your custom order is not returnable.

However, we can accept returns of customized products that are damaged or defective upon receipt.

The determination of whether a product is damaged/defective, as well as the resolution of claim, is within the sole discretion of Graphic Centre Signs, LLC.

You are responsible for inspecting your order promptly upon delivery.  In the rare event that your product is damaged or defective upon receipt, please send a description with a photo of the alleged damage or defect, along with your invoice number, to sales@graphiccentre.com within three (3) business days of delivery.  Our customer service department will contact you regarding your claim within one to two business days.

Damaged Products: Graphic Centre Signs will determine if the product(s) were damaged upon delivery and decide if a store credit or replacement product is warranted.  For products deemed by Graphic Centre Signs to be damaged before or at time of delivery, you will receive an exact duplicate.  No substitutions allowed.  All damaged products must be returned to Graphic Centre Signs in an unused condition.

Defective Products: Graphic Centre Signs will determine if the product(s) are defective and decide if a store credit, repair or  replacement product is warranted.  For products deemed by Graphic Centre Signs to be defective, you will receive an exact duplicate.  No substitutions allowed. All defective products must be returned to Graphic Centre Signs in an unused condition.

Materials

Graphic Centre Signs, LLC offers a wide variety of stakes, hanging posts and outside frames for your convenience.  If you are purchasing a 4’x4’ or larger sign, please ask us about our installation service.  Banners contain metal grommets (at each corner & every 24 inches) and can be secured with zip ties, string/rope/cord etc.

Banners are printed on high quality, durable vinyl.  Metal grommets (at each corner & every 24 inches) are included in the cost of your banner.  If you would like additional grommets, or if you need grommets placed at a certain position on your banner, please call us at (985) 626-1642.

Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

 

All orders are immediately sent to our production department upon submission.  If you requested a proof for your order, and you have not yet approved the proof for print, you may be able to cancel your order.  If you did not request a proof prior to printing, or if you have already approved your proof for print, it may not be possible to cancel your order.  Please call us as quickly as possible and we will check to see if your order has already been printed. Cancelled orders may be subject to an art fee if our designers already started working on your proof.  Refunds and partial refunds will be issued via check. 

 

Graphic Centre Signs, LLC reserves the right to determine cancellations, returns and refunds on a case by case basis.  

 

When will my order be ready?

 

Stocked items, such as real estate sign riders, generic open house directional signs, stakes and hardware, can typically be picked up same-day.  Please call us to verify that we have your requested item in stock if you need it immediately (985) 626-1642.

 

For digital printing services, if you have placed a custom order in the past, and you wish to order the EXACT same product (reprints), your order can likely be ready for pick-up within one to two business days of placing a PAID order.   For screen printed products, depending on the amount of colors and layers for your design, allow one to three additional business days for drying time.

 

First time orders/digital prints are typically ready for pick-up one to two business days after we receive final proof approval.

Why do I have to pay for my custom order before seeing a proof?

In order to offer the highest quality products, at a low price, with a quick turnaround time, we require all custom orders to be paid in full at the time they are placed. This allows our designers to maximize their time working for YOU, our valued customer!

When will I receive a proof for my custom order?

By approving your proof, you have verified that spelling, phone numbers, logos, and all remaining content is correct. You are satisfied with layout, design and proportions. You understand that Graphic Centre Signs is not liable for errors in the final print, nor for charges incurred in re-printing.

 

FOR CUSTOM REAL ESTATE SIGNS:  It is the agent’s responsibility to ensure the correct signs are ordered and all proofs are in compliance with Brand and LREC requirements. Graphic Centre Signs is not liable for any fines, suit, claim or demand arising from signage that may violate local laws or brand identity standards.

What is your order process?

Once the proof is approved, it typically takes one to two business days before your order is ready for pick-up.  If we have already printed your order in the past, or if you submitted print-ready artwork, the process is faster.

Art, Proofs & Colors

Do you have a Pantone number or CMYK color code already?  If yes, great – that’s all we’ll need to know!  If you need to choose a color or match something previously printed, please call and speak to one of our designers (985) 626-1642.

Please note that RGB and HEX values are NOT appropriate for printed materials.

No. Choose one color or 100; the colors of all digitally printed products are limited only by your imagination!

In most cases, Graphic Centre Signs, LLC will not print a sample unless there is a unique circumstance.  If you have a special need to see a sample print, please call one of our customer service representatives at (985) 626-1642.

In most cases, we do not charge a set-up or art fee.

Under certain circumstances, such as with logo creation, heavy editing, excessive edits etc., a special design fee may be incurred.  We will notify you of any additional fees in advance of proceeding with production.

Unless you have been notified that your design requires a special fee as indicated above, you are allowed up to 3 edits to a proof before any design fees are incurred.

The digital proof you received is a reasonable likeness to the final printed piece.  This proof represents image, art and text placement.  (Please carefully check your proof for errors in spelling, font type, and layout/general design.)

However, since we cannot control the capabilities and limitations of your monitor, we do not guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color, texture, or detail will be accurate.  Due to color variability and settings in computer and other screen monitors, a digital proof backbit by a computer monitor/smartphone/tablet screen can never match the color and saturation of a physical, printed piece.

For this reason, colors are not guaranteed.  We have no liability if the final, printed piece does not match the color(s) of the digital proof(s) displayed on your device.

If you do not have an official Pantone of CMYK print color, Graphic Centre Signs, LLC HIGHLY recommends choosing your color(s) in person from a swatch that has been printed from our printer page.  A sample can be mailed to you if needed.  (This isn’t necessary for screen printed signs or companies/persons with whom we already have printing standards established.)

By placing an order with Graphic Centre Signs, LLC, you agree to these and other printing limitations.

In most cases, we do not charge a set-up or art fee for digitally printed products.

What type of files do you accept?

 

PHOTOGRAPHS: Please send full size (do not crop), print-ready, high resolution jpg (or png if the background is removed and transparent) photo files at minimum 300dpi.  We will notify you if your photograph is not acceptable for print.

 

LOGOS/GRAPHICS: We accept print-ready vector files in an ai or eps format.  If you do not have your artwork in one of these file formats, please contact the graphic designer that created your logo.  If that’s not possible, please send the largest, highest quality file that you do have and we will contact you if it’s not acceptable for print.

 

A note about the most common issue we see with logo files:

 

Please note that Photoshop may be the gold standard in photo editing, however it should NEVER be used for creating logos.  For all of it’s strengths in photo editing (and some might argue for its use in web design), Photoshop is a raster based program with countless limitations when used to create a logo.  Your logo should never be created in a file limited by pixels and resolution.  Logos should always be created as vector files – fully scalable graphics that retain the exact same quality, color and crispness at 2 inches high as they would at 200 feet high.

FOR REAL ESTATE SIGNS: Please note that, in addition to the rules set by the Louisiana Real Estate Commission, some companies have Brand Identity Graphic Standards. We work closely with local brokers to ensure that our standard templates are in compliance with both the law and brand standards, however, Graphic Centre Signs cannot be responsible for assuring compliance with the ever-changing rules of the LREC, nor the Brand Standards of real estate companies. It is the agent’s responsibility to ensure the correct signs are ordered and all proofs are in compliance with Brand and LREC requirements.

 

Also, any changes made to existing templates, however small, may result in your sign violating local law or brand identity standards. We suggest speaking with your broker before requesting changes to your real estate signs, and sharing the sign proof with your broker before giving Graphic Centre Signs, LLC print approval.

 

Graphic Centre Signs, LLC is not liable for any fines, suit, claim or demand arising from signage that may violate local laws or brand identity standards.

Pick-Up, Delivery, Shipping & Cancellations

By placing a sign installation order with Graphic Centre Signs, LLC, you certify that you are legally authorized to install signs on a property, fence, building, or “other” by the property owner, and Graphic Centre Signs, LLC is not liable for any suit, claim or demand arising from said installation.

 

Can I rush my order?

Can I get my order sooner if I pick it up?

How much is delivery?

We deliver to commercial real estate offices within our service area for a flat rate of $5.00 per order.*

*Requests to “piggyback” on another agent’s delivery fee to the same office will be denied.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to commercial real estate offices in the following areas:

Hammond, Baton Rouge, Denham Springs, Northshore, Southshore, Westbank, & some areas in Mississippi

We do not deliver to agents’ homes or home offices. This allows us to continue to offer weekly delivery at a low price.

When will I receive my order via delivery?

 

We typically deliver to the following areas on the following days:

 

Hammond & Baton Rouge areas – Fridays  |  Northshore & Southshore areas – Fridays

 

Deliveries are made to commercial office addresses ONLY. Delivery days are subject to change.

How can I track my shipped order?

If you placed your order online, you received an email with a tracking number from UPS.

 

How much is shipping?

 

Shipping is calculated by UPS based on your order’s weight and dimensions, as well as your shipping preference. If you would like an estimated quote from one of our customer service representatives, please call us at (985) 626-1642.
