If your product starts to fade, peel or crack, please send a description with a photo of the alleged defect, along with your invoice number, to sales@graphiccentre.com.  Our customer service department will contact you within one to two business days.

Please call one of our helpful customer service representatives at (985)626-1642 if our product fails to meet your expectations.

If you received an incorrect order by fault of Graphic Centre Signs, LLC, please send a description with a photo of the incorrect item(s), along with your invoice number, to sales@graphiccentre.com within three business days of delivery.  Our customer service department will contact you within one to two business days.

Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for errors if the proof was approved for print/production with said errors, including, but not limited to: misspellings, grammar, punctuation, omissions, compliance and color.  For real estate signs, it is the agent’s responsibility to ensure the correct signs are ordered and all proofs are in compliance with Brand and LREC requirements. 

In the rare event that your product is damaged upon receipt, please send a description with a photo of the alleged damage or defect, along with your invoice number, to sales@graphiccentre.com within three (3) business days of delivery.  Our customer service department will contact you regarding your claim within one to two business days.

Damaged Products: Graphic Centre Signs will determine if the product(s) were damaged upon delivery and decide if a store credit or replacement product is warranted. For custom products deemed by Graphic Centre Signs to be damaged before or at time of delivery, you will receive an exact duplicate. No substitutions allowed. All damaged products must be returned to Graphic Centre Signs in an unused condition.
