If your product starts to fade, peel or crack, please send a description with a photo of the alleged defect, along with your invoice number, to support@graphiccentre.com. Our customer service department will contact you within one to two business days.

Please call one of our helpful customer service representatives at (985) 626-1642 or 1-800-783-1642 if our product fails to meet your expectations.

If you received an incorrect order by fault of Graphic Centre Signs, please send a description with a photo of the incorrect item(s), along with your invoice number, to support@graphiccentre.com within three business days of delivery. Our customer service department will contact you within one to two business days.

Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for errors if a customer approved a proof with said errors, including, but not limited to: misspellings, grammar, punctuation, omissions, compliance and color.

In the rare event that your product is damaged upon receipt, please send a description with a photo of the alleged damage, along with your invoice number, to support@graphiccentre.com within three business days of delivery. Our customer service department will contact you within one to two business days.
