Returns

Graphic Centre Signs makes every effort to ensure that all orders are filled promptly, accurately and are of the highest quality. All customized products are created and printed especially for you. Because of this, in most cases, your custom order is not returnable.

However, we can accept returns of customized products that are damaged or defective upon receipt.

You are responsible for inspecting your order promptly upon delivery. If you receive a damaged custom product at delivery, please send a description, along with a photo of the alleged damage, to support@graphiccentre.com within three business days of delivery.

Graphic Centre Signs will determine if the products were damaged upon delivery and decide if a store credit or replacement product is warranted.

For custom products deemed by Graphic Centre Signs to be damaged before or at time of delivery, you will receive an exact duplicate. No substitutions allowed. All damaged products must be returned to Graphic Centre Signs in an unused condition.

In the case of defective products, please send a description with a photo of the alleged defect, along with your invoice number, to support@graphiccentre.com. Our customer service department will contact you within one to two business days. Graphic Centre Signs will determine if the product(s) are defective and decide if a store credit or replacement product is warranted.
