Returns

Graphic Centre Signs makes every effort to ensure that all orders are filled promptly, accurately and are of the highest quality.  All customized products are created and printed especially for you.  Because of this, in most cases, your custom order is not returnable.

However, we can accept returns of customized products that are damaged or defective upon receipt.

The determination of whether a product is damaged/defective, as well as the resolution of claim, is within the sole discretion of Graphic Centre Signs, LLC.

You are responsible for inspecting your order promptly upon delivery.  In the rare event that your product is damaged or defective upon receipt, please send a description with a photo of the alleged damage or defect, along with your invoice number, to sales@graphiccentre.com within three (3) business days of delivery.  Our customer service department will contact you regarding your claim within one to two business days.

Damaged Products: Graphic Centre Signs will determine if the product(s) were damaged upon delivery and decide if a store credit or replacement product is warranted.  For products deemed by Graphic Centre Signs to be damaged before or at time of delivery, you will receive an exact duplicate.  No substitutions allowed.  All damaged products must be returned to Graphic Centre Signs in an unused condition.

Defective Products: Graphic Centre Signs will determine if the product(s) are defective and decide if a store credit, repair or  replacement product is warranted.  For products deemed by Graphic Centre Signs to be defective, you will receive an exact duplicate.  No substitutions allowed.  All defective products must be returned to Graphic Centre Signs in an unused condition.
