In the rare event that your product is damaged upon receipt, please send a description with a photo of the alleged damage or defect, along with your invoice number, to sales@graphiccentre.com within three (3) business days of delivery.  Our customer service department will contact you regarding your claim within one to two business days.

Damaged Products: Graphic Centre Signs will determine if the product(s) were damaged upon delivery and decide if a store credit or replacement product is warranted. For custom products deemed by Graphic Centre Signs to be damaged before or at time of delivery, you will receive an exact duplicate. No substitutions allowed. All damaged products must be returned to Graphic Centre Signs in an unused condition.
