If you received an incorrect order by fault of Graphic Centre Signs, LLC, please send a description with a photo of the incorrect item(s), along with your invoice number, to sales@graphiccentre.com within three business days of delivery. Our customer service department will contact you within one to two business days.
Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for errors if the proof was approved for print/production with said errors, including, but not limited to: misspellings, grammar, punctuation, omissions, compliance and color. For real estate signs, it is the agent’s responsibility to ensure the correct signs are ordered and all proofs are in compliance with Brand and LREC requirements.
