If you received an incorrect order by fault of Graphic Centre Signs, please send a description with a photo of the incorrect item(s), along with your invoice number, to support@graphiccentre.com within three business days of delivery. Our customer service department will contact you within one to two business days.

Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for errors if a customer approved a proof with said errors, including, but not limited to: misspellings, grammar, punctuation, omissions, compliance and color.
